Top panel: cumulative magnitude distribution N(< H) of the Rampo family members. The black symbols are all 42 known members (including the largest asteroid (10321) Rampo shown by the diamond), the red symbols are 26 members detected by CSS during the phase 2 operations. The top abscissa indicates an approximate size computed from H with an assumption of pV = 0.24 value of the geometric albedo. Bottom panel: detection probability p(H) of Rampo members as a function of H during the phase 2 operations of CSS based on analysis of geometric and photometric detection factors ran on a large synthetic population of Rampo members. We find that p = 1 up to H ≃ 18 magnitude, which sets the limit where the Rampo population is complete (dashed line on the upper panel). Beyond this limit p decreases to zero at about 20 magnitude.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
