Measurements of cosmic birefringence over Gibbs iterations. The black line shows β with a gray 1σ band. The dashed lines show the central value of the measurement made with the corresponding 9-yr WMAP or Planck PR4 maps, which we find to have the same white noise uncertainty as a single COSMOGLOBE or BEYONDPLANCK realization.
