For c-C3H2, Ntot is fixed at 1 × 1013 cm−2 and the FWHM at 0.5 km s−1. For CH3OH, Ntot is fixed at 2.1 × 1013 cm−2, Tex at 10 K the FWHM at 1.2 km s−1.
