Azimuthal distribution of the R band disk polarization, Qϕ(ϕ), of RX J1604 for normalized data, which is equivalent to a correction of an interstellar polarization of p*(R) = 0.35% and θ*(R) = 124° (black), and for data corrected for an interstellar polarization of (Q/I)is(R) = 0.03% and (U/I)is(R) = −0.22% to roughly match the shadow position in the near IR (blue). In both cases, the polarization was also corrected for the telescope polarization, pt+i, which on its own would produce the profile shown in red.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
