Asymmetry profiles (dashed, dotted, and dashed-dotted curves) extracted from the contours in Fig. H.1 compared with the corresponding profile for the stacked ELAN fields after rotating the individual fields by αrms. The extra rotation by 180 degrees for one of the three fields results in very similar asymmetry profiles. This means that the shape of these profiles is stable against the rotation of the three ELAN fields.
