Star formation rate surface density as a function of molecular gas mass surface density in J2345–0449 (Kennicutt-Schmidt relationship). Individual star-forming regions in J2345–0449 (red dot symbols) fall onto the relationship of ordinary star-forming galaxies, whereas the global averages of molecular gas mass and star formation rate surface densities fall a factor 30-70 below.
