Examples of disk-integrated spectra of Venus between 1344.8 and 1345.4 cm−1 (7.4 µm) recorded in 2021 and 2022. The absorption feature around 1344.84 cm−1 is due to terrestrial absorption and varies from day to day. The signal-to-noise ratio in each spectrum is above 1000, so the error bars are not visible.
