Uncertainty of the mean RV values as a function of the SOS mean ⟨G⟩ magnitude for 1097 out of 1100 RR Lyrae stars (filled grey points). We plot in different colours one DCEP (red symbol) and three ECLs (green symbols) that contaminate the 1097 RR Lyrae sample (see Sect. 6 for details).
