Cols. 11 and 12: level of the upper limit at 150 MHz in terms of flux density (S150,UL) and radio power (P150,UL). We derived RAinj, DECinj based on optical and X-ray images; when the cluster centre was ambiguous, we assumed the coordinates from Planck. Flux densities and radio powers are integrated up to 3re,inj.
