One-infall chemical-evolution model predictions for the Galactic bulge. Left panel: effects of different IMF on the one-infall chemical-evolution model. With the green line, we show the model presented in Matteucci et al. (2019) assuming the Salpeter (1955) IMF, whereas with the black line we show the same model but with the Kroupa et al. (1993) IMF. Blue dots are the [Mg/Fe] abundances for our Golden Sample. Middle panel: [Mg/Fe] vs. [Fe/H] for the one-infall model with the Kroupa et al. (1993) IMF, where a 250 Myr pause in star formation has been applied. Right panel: Kernel density estimation of the MDF of the same model as in the middle panel (black line) compared with the histogram and KDE of the NLTE stars distribution (blue histogram and line).
