Notes. The number of assigned a-, b-, and c-type transitions for each configuration in the two previous investigations (Turner & Cox 1976; Turner et al. 1981) and in this work. Any c-type transitions within the In configuration are not allowed. No transitions were assigned between the ‘In’ and ‘Out’ configurations.
