LOFAR 144 MHz radio image of the Abell 2256 cluster at 20″ resolution overlaid with the red ellipse (with a major axis radius of 700 kpc) that is used to extract radial profiles shown in Fig. 13. The green sectors show the radial profiles extracted across the cold front CF2 and CF3. The width of the each annulus is 23 kpc.
