Mean sky intensity measurements from PSP scaled to data from Novaco & Brown (1978) using effective antenna lengths, L12 = 3.3 ± 0.1 m and L34/L12 = 0.99 ± 0.01, that minimize the summed squared residuals between the data sets. The relative uncertainty on most of the Novaco & Brown (1978) points is between 15 and 20%.
