NGVS u, g, i color composite images of the selected sample. The images are smoothed with a Gaussian kernel with σ = 3 pixels (0.56″) to enhance the low-surface-brightness features. The yellow ellipse in each image shows the effective radius and position angle of the galaxy from the NGVS catalog. The ID and the type of each galaxy are marked at the bottom of the images. The size of the stamps is 6 R_e of each galaxy.
