Temperature T (top), number density ρ (middle), and ionisation level ξ (bottom) structures in the disk midplane, as functions of radius. Temperature and density structures are calculated from the prescription for the Minimum Mass Solar Nebula structure in Hayashi (1981); Aikawa & Herbst (1999). The ionisation structure is calculated assuming a cosmic ray ionisation rate of ξ = 10−17 s−1, and accounting for surface density-dependent attenuation of this rate at each radius in the disk midplane, following the prescription from Umebayashi & Nakano (2009).
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
