Fractional polarization and residual RM (i.e., corrected for Galactic Faraday rotation) images the western relic of 8C0212 (source C). In the left-hand panel, gray vectors show the magnetic field direction and their length is proportional to the fractional polarization value. Black contours are [−3, 3, 12, 48, 192]σI of the high resolution total intensity image while the gray contour shows the 3σI of the low resolution total intensity image used to compute the fractional polarization. Only pixels above the are shown. Rms noise levels and beam sizes are listed in Table 3.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
