Comparison between the observed and the synthesised spectra for the star KIC 5779724 around the CO 7-4 lines with rotational transitions between R 54 and R 65. The line blending the Yb II line is from the CO 7-4 R 59 transition. Details of the observation are listed in Table 1, and the parameters and stellar abundances are listed in Table 3.
