Composite nature of the Hα profile that consists of a broad double-peaked emission feature, plus a narrow absorption component from the B-type star, the narrow lines of the C II 6578/6582 Å doublet are further to the red. The two epochs from the VLT-FLAMES observations shown, OB1 (red) and OB2 (blue), illustrate significant velocity variability of the narrow components but a relatively stable broad Hα emission.
