Histogram of a_SF relative to a_b + a_θ at the last rotation curve data point at R = R_max. This is for the maximum possible total dark matter mass, , given the condition |ε|< 0.4 (blue) and |ε|< 5 (red). We take Q_* = 1 for all galaxies and show only the galaxies with M_b > 10¹¹ M_⊙, relevant for strong lensing.
