Total baryonic mass, Mb, versus the upper bound, , of the ratio of the total dark matter mass, , and the baryonic mass for the SPARC galaxies. This is for (M/L*)disk = 0.5 and (M/L*)bulge = 0.7. The upper bound comes from the condition that the rotation curve is in the proper MOND limit (|ε|< 0.4, blue circles) or at least the pseudo-MOND limit (|ε|< 5, red squares). Also shown are the best-fit results from the strong lensing analysis of Hossenfelder & Mistele (2019), where we use their best-fit for the vertical axis.
