Notes. For R Leo, the Trot and NAlF are estimated using the PD shown in Fig. 6. For other sources, we used Trot estimated for o Ceti and R Leo to approximate NAlF. For all sources, the H2 density of 2.4 × 1023 cm−2 is used as derived for o Ceti.
