Columns 11–13: maximum magnetic field strength, scaled magnetic field strength to the heliocentric distance of STEREO-A (details given in the main text), and mean solar wind speed within the MO, respectively. Column 14: type of field rotation (e.g. Bothmer & Schwenn 1998) determined by eye. a MESSENGER mean speed taken from the ENLIL simulation (Sect. 5.2 in Paper I).
