The longitude and latitude values are given in the heliographic Carrington coordinate (HGC) system. The locations of the footpoints from the ENLIL simulation are given at 21.5 R⊙, which is the inner boundary of the simulation, and for the nominal Parker spiral are given at the solar surface.
