Notes. Here, nC is the mean motion of Charon. We note that the initial value of ΩP is calculated taking the conservation of the total angular momentum of the system into account (see Eq. (1)). The adopted parameters cover a broad range of initial conditions, as also suggested in previous works (e.g. Canup 2005, 2011; Cheng et al. 2014a,b; Correia 2020).
