Depolarization maps of the relic between 1.5 and 5.5 GHz at 2″ (left) and 5″ (right) angular resolution. The depolarization fraction is defined as DP = p1.5 GHz/p5.5 GHz. DP = 0 implies full depolarization while DP = 1 means no depolarization. These maps demonstrate that the northern part of the relic is strongly depolarized, in particular the R1 region of the relic.
