Regions around the four new SSSs. The zoomed-in images are all on the same scale and extracted from the full RGB mosaic of the EPIC LMC observations. HD 268622 is a bright foreground star of spectral type G5 and V = 11.3 mag, which causes optical loading (see Sect. 2.1).
