Notes. The galaxies in the list above have at least one out of the 100 initial Monte-Carlo realisations of their orbit reaching within 60 kpc from the LMC centre, in the perturbed potential. The table lists the median time of the closest approach (tca), the median relative distance to the LMC at that time (Rca), the median relative velocity (Vca) the fraction of orbit linked to the LMC for at least one time step (see text) (ℱlink), and the median time of escape for those linked orbits (Tesc). We note that this escape time refers to the most recent moment when the galaxy escapes the LMC according to the criteria we defined in the text, and does not take into account galaxies that had escaped the LMC and have been recaptured.
