Notes. The values at 2.3 GHz are taken from Tzioumis et al. (2002) and we assume they have an error of 10%. The errors in the 176 GHz fluxes are dominated by the uncertainty in the flux scale, which we assume to be 5%. The error in the spectral indices is 0.06.
