The black solid line is the M_BH versus dynamical bulge mass relation from the nearby galaxy sample of Häring & Rix (2004), and the dashed represents the 1σ intrinsic scatter. The dotted line is the M_BH/M_dyn = 1 ratio. The SMBH mass of W0220+0137 is an upper limit (Finnerty et al. 2020), and the large red arrow pointing downwards represents the change in M_BH if a λ_Edd = 2.8 is assumed, equal to that derived for W2246–0526 (see text for details).
