Notes. Data for all stars except for CzeV404 Her were published by Otulakowska-Hypka et al. (2016, see the definition in Fig. 1 therein and in the text), and distances are based on Gaia data (Gaia Collaboration 2018). The superhump period of CzeV404 Her was adopted from Bąkowska et al. (2014).
