Calculated via the same method presented in Yıldız et al. (2015) but based on low-J CO observations; that is, CO J = 3–2 measuring the entrained material.
From Mottram et al. (2017), we adopted their method calculating the mass-accretion rates listed in Tables 5 and 6.
