Source sizes are calculated as indicated in Appendix B and based on the values reported in Table B.2. Upper limits in the source size indicate that the source could not be deconvolved (see more details in Table B.2). Sources marked with † have been re-imaged using the common uv-range (see Table B.3). More accurate spectral indices, derived using these new images, are listed in Table 3.
