Observed values of the difference in blue-red velocities, Δv, against age in the three selected regions for the four galaxies in the sample. We do not observe any trends of Δv with age, except in the case of the ring in NGC 1097, where the velocity traced by the Ca II triplet seems to increase with increasing mean ages. Nevertheless, the mean Δv value in each bin is in most of the cases not bigger than the typical error. Thus, we conclude that this correlation is not significant. In the case of the other three galaxies we still not observing any trend.
