Field of the Sculptor group. The small black dots correspond to dwarf galaxies in the Sculptor group with its main galaxy NGC 253 (large black dot). The small gray dots are background dwarf galaxies, which are still within the Local Volume (D <  11 Mpc. The two large gray dots are the two LSB giants NGC 24 and NGC 45. The red dots are our dwarf galaxy candidates dw0009-25 and dw0010-25. The gray area corresponds to our survey footprint.
