Notes. ( † )Due to strong atmospheric absorption, the red side of the line is truncated and the reported value is considered to be a lower limit. Also we note that the spectral resolution varies between the different instruments and channels. PACS offers spectral resolutions of ∼240 km s−1 for the [C II]158 μm observations and ∼100 km s−1 for [O I]63 μm. FIFI-LS has R ∼ 1200 (∼250 km s−1) for the observed wavelength of [C II]158 μm and R ∼ 670 (∼450 km s−1) for [O III]88 μm.
