Comparison between the transmission spectra of HD 189733b obtained by Di Gloria et al. (2015) (red circles), and the ones obtained from our analysis based on the CCF approach using two default binary mask of DRS, G2-mask (green triangles) and K5-mask (magenta crosses). We examined different RM modeling, such as PyAstronomy and ARoME on CCF approach using the G2 mask, displayed as green triangles and blue hexagons, respectively. All transmission spectra are offset to have the exact same value in the first bin, for the purpose of comparison.
