For each panel, the histogram of the offsets in RA and Dec is shown as well as a fit with a Gaussian function (orange curve). The position of the peak and the standard deviation of the Gaussian is indicated for each curve. The middle and the right panels show that there are no significant astrometric differences between ALMA and the VLA nor between the VLA and Pan-STARRS, while the left panel shows a clear shift in both RA and Dec between the positions of 375 sources in common between the Pan-STARRS and HST images. We measure a systematic offset of ΔRA = −96 ± 83 mas and ΔDec = 252 ± 107 mas. In addition, a local offset is presented in Fig. 2.
