Notes. Model M1 is identical with our previous test model characterized in Table 3, and the other models differ only in mass-loss rate and clumping properties (fcl is the clumping factor). Model M4 has photospheric and wind parameters close to those inferred for ζ Pup. For models M3 and M4, the clumping factor below v(r) = 0.1v increases linearly from unity to the displayed value.
