Three most central chunks of the stellar PSD of the MS star 06550 as seen from GLOBAL, with similar description as in Fig. 6. The radial modes are slightly offset to the right side of the corresponding ℓ = 2, 0 peaks (yellow smoothing) as the result of the correction δν₀ (see Sect. 4.6). The frequencies of the radial modes obtained by FAMED are more accurate than the corresponding peak maxima in the smoothed PSD because each of these peaks also contains the adjacent ℓ = 2 modes in an almost entirely blended structure with the ℓ = 0 modes.
