An error occurred during the production process of the original published version. The unit of the total dust disk mass (Mdust) was written “M⊙” (solar mass), but it should read “M⊕” (Earth mass). This typo occurred in the following places: Abstract, line 8; Table 3, headers of the last column; Sect. 4.5, three occurrences in the second paragraph; and Sect. 5.2, three occurrences in the first paragraph.
