Solid lines are obtained for the iron heat-blanketing envelope and dashed lines for the accreted (He/C) envelope. For comparison, the dotted lines show the luminosities with nonsuppressed triplet superfluidity, as in Fig. 8. The solid error bars and arrows show the estimated values and upper limits listed in Table 2, as in the previous figures, and the additional dot-dashed ones show the traditional tightest estimate of an upper bound on the thermal luminosity of SAX J1808.4−3658 in quiescence, but with the updated accretion rate.
