Same as Fig. 2 for a system of two equal-mass planets initially on planar circular orbits with ε = 2 m∕m0 = 10−3 and α = 0.9. The closest planet approach is 1.7 × 10−2 AU. This systemis integrated in heliocentric coordinates to demonstrate that we obtain similar results to the case of Jacobi coordinates.
