Notes. While LFIR is measured between 42.5 and 122.5 μm, LTIR is measured between 3 and 1100 μm and is obtained from Eq. (5). We have assumed an uncertainty in LTIR of 20%. We note that dust masses are derived evaluating the modified blackbody function using the dust temperature from the models, in contrast with , obtained assuming Tdust = 25 K, as suggested in Scoville et al. (2016). The latter are used as the preferred method in this study.
