Quiet-time H, He, C, N, and O energy spectra measured at 1 AU over the period from 1974 to 1978. The ACR component is reflected in the spectra by an enhancement at low energies for He, N, and O (Fig. 1.2 of Christian 1989). The GCR component dominates at energies above 30 MeV nucleon−1 for N and O and 50 MeV nucleon−1 for He, respectively.
