Notes.

All parameters are taken from Jofré et al. (2014) and Heiter et al. (2015), apart from the literature and spectroscopic ages, and the rank for each star, which have all been taken from Sahlholdt et al. (2018), and are described in more detail in Sect. 4.1. The spectroscopic ages are derived using the same PARSEC isochrones as here. The photometry used for each star is given in Table E.1.
