Magnitudes r versus colors r – i for the 185 205 sources in our catalog (see Sect. 2). M-type stars in the field for which we could derive an AV estimate (see Sect. 3.1.2) are highlighted as colored points; colors are scaled according to the AV measurements, as shown to the right of the diagram.
