Same as Fig. 3 for the simulation with eight 1.5M⊕ embryos. The evolution seems qualitatively similar to the nominal case, with six merger events. Most if not all mergers occur when three-body interactions take place. After t ≐ 8750 Porb, an interaction of the outer embryo with the disc edge occurs and the evolution is no longer reliable.
