ET: early-type galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.3; LT: late-type galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.3; red: red galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.4; blue: blue galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.4; quenched: centrally quenched galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.4; SF: centrally star-forming galaxies as defined in Sect. 2.4. Total: total number of galaxies in each subsample; AGN: galaxies classified as LINER, Seyfert, or transition objects (TO); SFN: star-forming nuclei galaxies; passive: galaxies with no optical nuclear activity.
