Comparison of the outputs of two nuller architectures as a function of right-ascension (RA) offset in milli-arcsecond (mas) for an in-line non-redundant array (aperture coordinates listed in Table 1): the classical design, corresponding to the three nulled outputs of the matrix N is at the top and the modified design, incorporating the mixing function described in the main text of the paper is at the bottom. In both cases, the output unit is in multiples of the transmission of a single telescope.
