CLV effect for HD 189733 over an entire transit when shifted in the planetary rest frame. A w-shaped trace is given for each stellar line. For strong stellar lines, such as the sodium D-lines, a spurious absorption is also created, acting in the same way as a planetary atmospheric signal.
